1st birthday outfit - minnie mouse

A couple of months ago I found one of my best friends from High School, after talking about our families and interests, my hobbies came up in the conversation and she recently contacted me about making an outfit for her little niece. I am thrilled to be able to help her out and can't wait to get reaquainted after 20 years!

This 4 pc. set includes a personalized onesie, knee lenght tutu, headband with detachable hair bow and felt shoes.

Yvette's baby shower

This past weekend I attended a baby shower for my nephew's girlfriend, who is due next month. This will be my sister 2 nd grandson, and we all can't wait for him to arrive...we need a new baby in the family, since our littlest member is already 4!
the invitations were sent out in a brown envelope, along with the registry card.

the corsage (or mum) was made to match the monkey on the invitation

and of course, coordinating cupcakes with chocolate and vanilla cheese frosting and a monkey topper...made about 3 dz. of these!

holidays

As many of you may have noticed, it has been over a month since I've posted anything, well, with Belli still not feeling 100% better, and the family over for the holidays my free time has been well spent on my kids. This doesn't mean that I have not been busy creating and crafting, I have to admit, I did slacked a quite a bit, specially on Belli's Christmas outfit, she didn't seem to mind though, as long as she gets to wear sparkles!
A couple of months ago I found this dress and planned to add hot pink to it, but when Christmas came around and I didn't have the time or energy to elaborate on something else, just changing the ribbon made all the difference. I paired it with a headband I got at Target's dollar bin a couple of years ago and a felt flower and done! The only thing I bought her were the red sparkly shoes, she loves them.
