I recently got this "one star" top from a sale for $1.00, it was not my size and I do not like to wear this kind of shirts but saw potential so I didn't hesitate to purchase it.

Belli's top was made with the collar and the bottom of the shirt, I added a red button and elastic, and the flower clip she is wearing is from the left over fabric of Gabby's vest, nothing was wasted!
the top body of the shirt was made into a vest for Gabby, I trimmed the sides to her size and added red bias for contrastthe ruffles were paired with red buttons and completely changed this plain tank top
